About
As a Patient Advisor at Delta Clinics, I support people through some of the most personal decisions they'll ever make — working alongside a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, guiding patients through procedures, expectations and recovery.
What makes my approach different is that I've been on the other side. I've had a mummy makeover myself — a tummy tuck with muscle repair, VASER liposuction and skin removal — as well as a breast uplift with implants. I know the questions, the nerves and the hopes patients bring with them, because I brought them too. That first-hand experience is something no training can replicate.
It's actually how I found this work. In the run-up to my own surgery I joined the communities where patients share their fears and advice — and I loved supporting people through it. At a follow-up I mentioned to my surgeon that I'd love to help others find their way to him; he offered me a role on the spot, and I haven't looked back.
Before healthcare, I built businesses from the ground up — a fashion brand and a confectionery company — and delivered luxury client service with Estée Lauder. Everything I do comes back to the same thing: helping people feel informed, reassured and confident.
